2021 – A Nonet to Hope
Let’s light a candle this New Years Eve
Close our eyes and imagine love
Sparkling kisses around us
As we dream, imagine
Making kind wishes
As our hearts dance
Candles shine
Bringing
Hope
Wishing you all a happy, covid free New Year.
Thank you to everyone who has supported me by reading, reviewing and encouraging me in this creative journey. x
Take care, keep safe, much love.
Wishing you all much health, happiness and joy in 2020.
I have a good feeling about the coming year and I expect it will be much better than 2019. It’s been a wonderful break over the holiday period spent with my hubby and two daughters. I have many exciting things to look forward to in 2020 including the forthcoming release of two books: My YA fantasy: The Curse of Time Book 2 Golden Healer (which has and continues to be such hard work and a definite challenge) phew! And a book of poetry and prose which I am currently working on. Title to be revealed soon!
Happy New Year and Happy Creating! Xxx
This is the view from our holiday apartment in Cromer, yesterday we arrived to a lovely surprise, a free bottle of Prosecco, as well as some chocolate biscuits and tea and coffee!! As you can see the sky is blue and so is the sea in the distance. I’m looking forward to going out with the family later to explore the surrounding area.
We went on a search for a Fish and Chip shop, and eventually found one in Sheringham.
After a tour around we arrived back at Cromer and went for a walk down to the pier.
Then on the way back to the apartment we popped into Cromer church and I had this spooky feeling that we might get locked in. Sure enough we nearly did get locked in, as we were leaving a young man arrived and began locking up! I said to my husband what would have happened if he hadn’t noticed we were there? Perhaps we would have spent New Year’s Eve in the church (our daughters were back at the apartment. ) He replied that he always fancied a night in a church, particularly on New Year’s Eve! That thought didn’t appeal to me !
Tomorrow there are to be fireworks in the early evening in Cromer, what a wonderful way to welcome the New Year in. Lucky residents of Cromer!! How are you spending New Year?
Have a very Happy New Year, thanks for all your support and encouragement following, commenting and liking posts on Kyrosmagica, it means so much to me.
